I have stayed at waterscape several times over the years and cannot say enough good things about this property or the owner , everything went smooth and Richard, the owner, was in contact with us up until we checked in ., would definitely rent from him and this unit again .!! View was perfect and beautiful.!!! Thanks again Richard .!!

This is our fourth time at Waterscape, second time in B202. This unit is super convenient to the beach and all pools. Plus, it’s a beautiful, spacious unit. The view is pretty fantastic considering many Waterscape units don�t provide a great ocean view. Highly recommend B202. Owner is easy to work with as well.

This was our second time at Waterscape and we loved every second of it. This condo was amazing and Richard was a fantastic host. Definitely would recommend and will stay again.

We were only able to get away for a few days and we hated that we couldn�t stay longer! The view from the balcony is perfect! We ate out once while there at AJs across the street and the food and service were incredible . The condo had everything we needed so we made most meals in our room. We did use the grill one night and it was so convenient to the room. The atmosphere of the resort is family friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

My family and my in-laws stayed in this condo and Richard was absolutely wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough about how well the communication was with him. The condo location was absolutely wonderful, views of the beach and views of the pools. We were in our own little slice of heaven. The condo is laid out very well and very accommodating for the 6 of us. We even had some friends that were staying in the same building and had them over for a meal, plenty of space. Being able to grill was exceptional. I have rated a 5 star because of how wonderful our stay was. I think it is amazing that Richard has still continued to have communication with me even after our stay. We will definitely be booking for 2021, and look forward to the new mattresses. The parking was so easy to do, and our favorite place to eat is just across the street at Stewby’s. It doesn’t get much better than this place.
