So easy, we showed up punched in the codes and we were in. Great place to stay with kids since located on bottom floor and right next to kiddie pool. It is a little far to the beach specially with kids and a grandparent. This property is a great location to restaurants and activities. Very thing is super close and easy to get to.

We had been to the waterscape before and decided to invite the in-laws so we needed more room. This was closer to the beach and we were excited. Richard’s communication was timely and thorough so we knew exactly what to expect. We arrived a little early and were able to get bracelets for the pool so the kids could swim. The condo was clean and very well kept. We had a wonderful week in a great location. Thank you!!

We stayed her for my daughter cheer competition. Very convenient to the center. Condo was good and loved it being on bottom floor and parking was right out side my front door. Def go to parlor donuts down the road and the gulf.

We loved being on the first floor. We could walk out the back patio straight to the pools, beach or the kids could play in the grass area. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. The condo was great for my whole family including 7 adults and 2 young children. Richard, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions. The view was awesome. And looking towards the pier we even saw dolphins in the distance while on the balcony
