* Daily beach service is included – no need to worry with transporting beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day.
* Beach service with our unit now includes a folding table and 1/2-hour daily use of paddle board\kayak!
* Patio furniture with access from the living room as well as master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
* The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy the grills that are only a few steps from your door.
* Flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room including the bunk area!

Sleeping Arrangements – We can comfortably sleep 10 in our unit with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 separate twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the bunk area, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Relaxation – Master bedroom has a HUGE tub along with a shower with sitting area. Our unit is stocked with a Margarita machine – mix your own concoctions to take to the beach or enjoy after a day in the sun! Keyless entry – no need to worry about keys during your stay.
Management – We operate and own our unit which means you have access to us should anything undesirable arise. We’ll do our very best to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible!

Bath linensWe chose Unit B202 because it had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and would accommodate our gathering with our two children and their spouses with tiny grandchildren (5 and 13 months). The location of this condo is perfect! Truly oceanfront AND pool front, BUT not noisy! The accommodations were exactly as shown and described. To our great enjoyment, there were age-appropriate floats and toys in the closet, and the facilities were just right for managing two babies. Our pack n plays fit in the 2 bedroom walk-in closets! The pools are varied and will entertain every age for hours (15-month old stayed with his mom in this for days!). The included beach umbrella/chairs made beach-going pleasant, and our children were able to use the free 30 minutes of kayaking, too. We couldn’t imagine a better place for our circumstances. We were comfortable and entertained. It was a real joy for us to be together and this condo made it possible! Thank you, Richard!
Our family stayed 2019 in B202. We usually rent a beach cabin but decided this year with little ones we should stay somewhere with a pool. Wasn’t sure if the crowds would be bad being that it is such a big property with many condos. To our surprise the unit wasn’t bigger than it looked online. The view off the balcony and size of the balcony are incredible. I can’t imagine staying further back in the complex. This was really as close as you can get to everything!! Owner was so easy to contact and work with. Guys on the beach that setup were very nice. I am an early riser by nature and love going to the beach by 7 anyway so seating was never a problem for us up close. But even sitting towards the back on the beach is not bad the way they set everything up. Fireworks on Wednesday night were like they were setup to watch right off our balcony!!! Parking on first floor was a breeze too!! Very nice place for families!! no problems and would go back in a heartbeat!!! OOOHHHHH…. and careful! if you use the Margarita Machine they have on site in the condo….fair warning!!!! you WILL want to buy one when you get home!!! makes PERFECT blended drinks!!!
